“Gameshow”
Troubles – I’ve got troubles so.
Like the pressure that you feel on a gameshow.
A million people watching, waiting for you to go
Time to fail again.
When it seems you are a winner,
Turns out you’ve been a sinner,
Eventually, you wish for the winter.
Time to Fall again.
($)But it’s different when you’re there,
It’s different with an audience…
…someone screaming on the other side.
But I could not hear.
Spinning all my wheels, praying for some sympathy
Buzzers and applause ring with jealousy
Who will commit to an apology?
Live that lie
$
Something’s wrong, this should not be a competition,
Just for fun, or just for the attention…
A lottery for my dignity! With positive intentions,
But it seems like a lose every time.
